Job Description:
Work Schedule:
M-F daytime some evenings may be required. Oversees daily foodservice operations across café, patient services, and sanitation to ensure timely service, quality, and cleanliness. Prepares and supports food production, tray assembly, and patient meal delivery based on operational needs. Maintains sanitation and safety standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations and organized workspaces. Engages with patients and customers to gather feedback, resolve concerns, and improve satisfaction. Supports team members through communication, onboarding assistance, and fostering a collaborative, service-focused environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Requires basic math skills. [Required]
  • Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English. [Required]
  • Able to communicate in English. [Required]
  • Use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
