$15.50 to $17.00 per hour, depending on experience Job Summary Karcher Post Acute is seeking a friendly, dependable, and team oriented Dietary Aide to join our dietary services team. In this role, you will help provide nutritious meals and excellent service to our residents while supporting a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment. If you enjoy working with people and making a positive impact every day, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities
  • Assist with meal preparation and food service
  • Deliver meals and beverages to residents according to dietary requirements
  • Set up and clean dining areas before and after meals
  • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
  • Follow sanitation, food safety, and infection control procedures
  • Assist with stocking supplies and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
  • Provide courteous and respectful service to residents, guests, and staff
  • Support the dietary team as needed to ensure quality meal service Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous food service or healthcare experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to follow directions and dietary guidelines
  • Dependable attendance and positive attitude
