Turns on and adjusts steam tables and refrigerated units, sets up dining areas with seating, tableware, condiment containers, napkin holders, and jelly holders, follows posted menu and serving schedules, portions salads, desserts, fruits, and other items on serving line, loads and unloads food carriers, arranges food, beverages, and dishes for serving, stocks kitchen storage areas and staple bins, deliver food to units, may read and interpret dietary cards Cleaning and sanitation.
