In this role, you will assist with meal preparation and service, maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, and help ensure our residents enjoy a positive, welcoming, and dignified dining experience each day. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous food service, dietary, or healthcare experience preferred Ability to read and follow recipes and dietary guidelines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Primary Responsibilities Assist with preparing and serving meals according to residents' dietary needs and physician-ordered diets Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing work areas, and following cleaning schedules Stock, organize, and rotate food and kitchen supplies Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures Provide friendly and respectful service to residents while supporting a positive dining experience Communicate effectively with residents, families, and fellow team members Skills & Competencies The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and compassionate.
