Job Summary As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting our kitchen team with food and nutritional services that meet the dietary and therapeutic needs of our residents. You will work in a clean and safe environment, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care.

Responsibilities:

Assist with food preparation, serving, and presentation to meet the dietary and therapeutic needs of residents. Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to regulatory standards. Develop a basic understanding of food handling, preparation, and cooking procedures. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service to residents.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Ability to read, understand, and follow standardized recipes. Basic understanding of and willingness to learn sanitation and workplace safety regulations.
