Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Aide to join our culinary team. This is part-time position mostly on weekends but would advance to full-time during the summer. Responsibilities Assist in food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring high-quality meals are produced. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Follow food safety protocols to ensure all food is handled and stored correctly. Help with serving meals to customers or clients as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service and address any issues that arise during service. Skills Previous experience in a dietary department or as a dietary aide is preferred. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations within the culinary field. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
