Dietary Team Lead Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and motivated Dietary Team Lead to join our team! The Dietary Team Lead will assist with overseeing daily dietary operations, ensuring meals are prepared and served safely, and supporting the dietary staff in providing excellent service to our residents. Responsibilities Assist with supervising and directing dietary staff. Help ensure meals are prepared and served according to residents' diets and preferences. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and dining area. Assist with meal preparation, serving, and kitchen duties as needed. Monitor food quality, sanitation, and proper food handling. Help with scheduling and daily assignments. Provide friendly and respectful service to residents. Follow all facility policies and dietary regulations. Qualifications Previous dietary or food service experience preferred. Previous leadership or supervisory experience a plus. Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively. Dependable, organized, and willing to work as part of a team. Experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.
