• Job Summary:

• Duties:

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and recipes
• Ensure all dietary requirements and restrictions are met for residents
• Collaborate with the Dietary Department to coordinate meal service efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
• Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times

• Experience:

• Previous experience in a culinary role, preferably in a restaurant or food service setting
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and menu planning
• Familiarity with dietary needs for different populations, such as seniors or individuals with specific health conditions
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Certification or training in food safety is a plus
