Full-Time Compensation:
$17- $18/hour
DOE Required Qualifications/Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Ability to read, understand and follow recipe directions, diet orders, and work assignments. Numerical ability to prepare and measure cleaning agents and chemicals. Manual dexterity for the preparation of food items, serving trays, handling soiled dishes, operating dietary equipment and cleaning work area. Availability to work nights and weekends.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to the cook in the preparation and service of meals. Follow cleaning schedules and perform cleaning duties as scheduled. Assist in loading food carts and serving meals. Setting up the dining room and serving residents. Wash and store dishes. Reporting procedures for supplies, equipment needs, food receiving and storage. Attend in-service educational programs. Follow defined safety and Infection Control codes while performing all duties.
