As a Dietary Aide, you provide exceptional dining services to residents in our Skilled Nursing Center, ensuring meals are delivered safely, accurately, and with outstanding hospitality.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare and serve meals according to menus and therapeutic diet orders
- Deliver tray service and snacks as directed
- Maintain clean, organized dining and tray service areas
- Set up and reset dining rooms per community standards
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of resident dietary needs
- Review diet boards and daily logs to ensure compliance
- Practice safe food handling and complete cleaning assignments
- Support residents with courtesy and professionalism You help create a welcoming dining experience while supporting residents' nutritional health and well-being.
