Job Description

PURPOSE OF POSITION
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide assistance in all dietary functions as directed/instructed by the Director of Food Services, and in accordance with established dietary policies and procedures. Part time 11:30am-8:00pm every other weekend
Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve meals in accordance with established portion-control procedures. Assist in daily cleaning duties. Set up meal trays, food carts, dining room. Assist Cook in preparing meals as directed. Distribute and collect menus. Deliver food carts, trays to designated areas. Serve food in dining room as instructed. Perform dishwashing/cleaning procedures. Remove food trays from carts, dining rooms and take to dishwashing area. Follow safety regulations and precautions at all times. Other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
One year preferred; On-the-job training provided.
