We're currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Dining Services Associate to become part of our caring and mission-driven community.
The Dining Services Associate supports the preparation, service, and delivery of meals in accordance with established dietary guidelines, sanitation standards, and facility policies. This role involves direct interaction with residents and team members and plays a key role in creating a positive, welcoming dining experience.

What You'll Do as a

Schedule:
10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with one weekday off each week and every other weekend off.The Dining Services Associate supports the preparation, service, and delivery of meals in accordance with established dietary guidelines, sanitation standards, and facility policies. This role involves direct interaction with residents and team members and plays a key role in creating a positive, welcoming dining experience.

What You'll Do as a
CLV Dining Services Associate:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving meals, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hospitality standards at all times.
- Prepare meals by following recipes, production sheets, and product directions while estimating food quantities based on resident census and dietary needs.
- Operate kitchen equipment and utensils to prepare ingredients, including washing, peeling, chopping, mixing, measuring, and cooking.
- Prepare therapeutic diets, including modified-texture foods and thickened liquids, according to dietary requirements.
- Participate in all meal services, including tray line operations, dining room service, and in-room meal delivery.
- Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary workstations, equipment, and service areas.
- Ensure food quality through taste testing, proper portioning, and attractive presentation.
- Assist residents with menu selections while honoring dietary restrictions and personal preferences.
- Communicate dietary updates, admissions, discharges, and resident needs to appropriate team members.
- Serve and replenish food and beverages courteously and efficiently.
- Maintain resident confidentiality and report concerns promptly.
- Foster a positive dining atmosp and work collaboratively with coworkers and other departments.
- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and departmental guidelines.
- Attend required training sessions, staff meetings, and in-service programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Dining Services Associate:
Education | Experience- High School diploma or equivalent or current enrollment in high school.
- At least 1 year experience in hospital, restaurant, or continuing care retirement community (CCRC) preferred.
