The Dietary Aide provides assistance as directed in dietary functions and activities.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Food preparation and tray service Monitors residents during meal times and assists residents with meals as needed. Transports meals up to resident rooms using meal carts. Follows through on Cafeteria/dining room clean-up and organization. Washes and dries all dishes as needed and puts them away in proper storage. Cleans kitchen, and sweeps/mops kitchen floors after shifts. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Education:
High School Diploma or its equivalencies. Must have the ability to read, speak, write, and follow simple oral and written directions.
