Healthcare Services Group is seeking a Dietary Aide to support Food & Beverage Operations in a healthcare setting. In this role, you will assist with food preparation, tray assembly, and delivery of meals that meet residents' nutritional and dietary needs. You will ensure safe food handling, maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen, and follow special diet orders. Working in a collaborative, inclusive environment, you'll partner with nursing and dietary teams to enhance patient care while accessing growth and development opportunities. Responsibilities Prepare and portion food items according to menus and diet orders Assemble and deliver meal trays to residents and patients Follow special diet, allergy, and texture-modified meal requirements Maintain kitchen, equipment, and dish areas in a clean, sanitary condition Practice safe food handling and proper temperature control Stock, rotate, and label food and supplies Document cleaning and food safety tasks as required Collaborate with nursing and dietary teams to support patient care Provide courteous, resident-focused meal service Follow company and facility policies, including safety and infection control Required Skills Food preparation Tray line assembly Dietary restriction compliance Safe food handling Sanitation and cleaning Dishwashing operations Temperature logging Basic nutrition knowledge Customer/patient service Team communication
