Job Overview Ebenezer is looking for a Dietary Assistant/Server to join our team! This role is responsible for dining room meal service to our senior-age residents and maintaining supplies in the kitchenettes for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Burnsville, MN. Great experience and foot-in-the-door role for someone looking to get into a medical career or a student! This nutrition services schedule includes; 22 hours every two weeks Evenings 4pm-7:45pm Every other weekend and holiday rotation Benefits Ebenezer Ridges Care Center highlights a full continuum of care campus including Transitional Care, Adult Day Programs, Intergenerational Child Care, Long Term Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care. We are located across the street from Fairview Ridges Hospital at the I-35E and I-35W split in Burnsville, MN. Responsibilities Serves prepared meals to residents and ensures the dining area is clean and inviting Promotes and encourages positive resident relations and happiness with their meal service Sanitizes equipment, work areas and maintains supplies Assists with meal prep and special events Provides kitchen support when needed with dishwashing and cleaning of floors Answers phones and communicates requests appropriately Requirements No previous experience required, but prefer work experience in a customer service setting Excellent customer service skills and proficiency, teamwork and positive demeanor required Desire to work with seniors Ability to interact compassionately and communicate effectively with residents and staff Benefit Overview Ebenezer offers a generous benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, PTO and Sick and Safe Time, tuition reimbursement, retirement, early access to earned wages, and more!
