Dietary Aide Fulda, MN We are currently looking for a positive, energetic staff to join our Dietary team. As an aide you will be responsible for helping serve nutritious and appetizing meals to create a wonderful dining experience for our residents. Responsibilities Portion food for meals, snacks, and beverages following specific procedures Prepare texture‐modified and therapeutic diets safely and accurately Serving food ensuring food safety and hygiene procedures are followed at all times. Use appropriate tools when preparing/serving food and recording temperatures of the food. Staying current on the individual procedures and protocols. Setting up and taking down dining areas and assisting with general cleaning of kitchen, appliances and dishes Other duties related to food and nutrition as assigned Qualifications Able to follow directions verbally and as written Ability to attend work as scheduled Ability to read and write basic English
