We offer on-the-job training, great benefits, discounted bus pass, and free meals during your shift. These wonderful positions offer guaranteed hours with the possibility of picking up shifts. No senior care experience necessary! Training will be provided. We welcome candidates from all industries, including restaurant workers and anyone with a passion for providing great customer service.

Position Type:

Part-Time Available Shifts (including every other weekend and holiday):

Evenings:

Majority 12:00pm to 8:00pm and some 4:00pm to 8:00pm

Wage Range:

$16 to $20.48 / hour depending on experience.

Culinary Assistant Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families. Engage residents by talking to them and describing meal choices. Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents. Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents. Help maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department. Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms. Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.

Culinary Assistant Qualifications:

Training will be provided for this role! Strong communication skills. Ability to work independently and multitask. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Read and understand procedures for work assignments, instructions, and menu requests. Selected candidates are required to pass background checks
