Position:
Dietary Aide 1 Full time: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM 1 Part time: 3:00 PM- 7:00
PM Essential Functions:
Food Preparation Service:
Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to residents in the dining room or their individual rooms.
Cleanliness Sanitation:
Ensure all food preparation areas are kept clean and sanitized according to health and safety standards.
Dining Area Maintenance:
Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and other dining areas after meals.
Stocking Inventory:
Receive and organize food deliveries from vendors, ensuring proper storage in the pantry, refrigerator, or freezer.
Health Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all health and safety procedures, including safe food handling and sanitation practices during food preparation and storage.
Additional Duties:
Perform other duties as assigned by the dietary supervisor or facility management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or senior care setting, is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work per diem shifts during weekdays and weekends. #INDRWNC
