Join Our Team! Three Trails Behavioral Hospital is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to support our Dietary team. In this role, you will help provide nutritious meals to patients while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment. Essential Responsibilities Prepare and serve meals according to established dietary guidelines and patient meal plans. Assist with food preparation, portioning, and tray assembly. Deliver meals and snacks to patient units in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen and dining areas. Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Properly store food and monitor inventory levels. Follow all food safety, infection control, and hospital policies. Provide excellent customer service to patients, staff, and visitors. Assist with special dietary requests as directed by the Dietary Manager. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous food service, dietary, or healthcare experience preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Must be able to pass a background check and meet hospital employment requirements.
