Employee Assistance Program/Employee Discount Program Pay:
  • Starting at $15 Flexible hours available for Full time day or evening shifts

  • 8:00p or 11:30a
  • 8:00p; every other weekend required.
At McCallum Place we specialize in eating disorders for ages 10 and up Dietary Aide responsibilities: Perform routine tasks related to clean up and sanitation of kitchen, dining or serving areas. Properly prepare, serve, and store food in accordance with facility policies. Keep dining areas, kitchens, and utensils and equipment clean and sanitary. Inspect areas for cleanliness and check that all items on the cleaning list are completed. Prepare foods according to standardized recipes and approved menu. Understand and apply the sanitation procedures needed to provide a safe and healthy environment. Adhere to menu compliance, special diet compliance and report any dietary non-compliance, concern, or complaint of patients to dietician, supervisor, or manager Other duties as assigned Sets up dish machine in the AM and closes machine in the PM according to company procedures. Washes plate ware, glassware, silverware, pots/pans and kitchen utensils according to sanitation.
Education and Job Requirements :
  • High School Diploma, GED or higher.
  • 1-Year food Service experience
  • Must obtain and maintain ServSafe certificate.
  • Able to work independently & possess problem solving skills.
  • Must be able to work days, some evenings, weekend and some holidays.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hepatitis A shot series and Tuberculosis test required.
