## Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Dietary Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to menu specifications while adhering to food safety standards. ## Duties

• Prepare and cook meals following standardized recipes and portion sizes
• Ensure all meals are served at the correct temperature and in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including kitchen equipment and utensils
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
• Collaborate with dietary aides to ensure efficient meal service
• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines at all times ## Qualifications
• Previous experience in a dietary department or similar setting is preferred
• Knowledge of food production, food service, and food handling procedures
• Familiarity with culinary techniques and principles
• Understanding of food safety standards and regulations
• Strong time management skills to meet meal deadlines efficiently
