The Staffing Alliance is looking for a Full- Time Dietary Aide Cook in the Lumberton, NC area that has restaurant medical setting cafeteria experience. This individual will be responsible for preparing meals for residence in a medical facility.

Schedule :

Full time hours between 6:30 am-6:30 pm Must be able to work weekends and holidays Pay- $13.28 per hour Job Duties and Responsibilities for

Cook :

Prepare food items using standardized recipes. Determine food and supplies needed and coordinate meal production with serving hours. Prepare all special dietary needs as directed by the Resident menus. Monitor all food items to see that as least the minimum guidelines for temperature, taste, presentation, and quality are upheld at all times. Assist in the portioning and serving of food items before, during, and after the meal periods. Assist with proper documentation of temperature logs and taste panel forms. Perform any other reasonable task as assigned by the supervisor. Job Requirements for

Cook :

Must have restaurant or medical cafeteria experience (Fast Food is not equivalent) Must display professionalism both in appearance and attitude. Must be able to communicate strongly and effectively.
