Dietary Aide (PRN) - Reidsville, NC Join the Cypress Valley Team! Cypress Valley Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is currently seeking a dependable and compassionate PRN Dietary Aide to join our Dietary Services team in Reidsville, NC . As a Dietary Aide, you'll play an important role in creating a positive dining experience for our residents by ensuring meals are prepared, served, and delivered with care. PRN (As-Needed) Schedule - Flexible shifts to fit your availability Competitive pay Positive, supportive, and team-oriented work environment Employee engagement and appreciation events Comprehensive onboarding and hands-on training Opportunities to grow within our organization Work alongside a caring team dedicated to exceptional resident care What You'll Do As a Dietary Aide, your responsibilities will include: Delivering meals, snacks, and beverages to residents in a timely and courteous manner Assisting with meal preparation and food service under the direction of the Dietary Manager Setting up and maintaining clean, organized dining areas Clearing tables and sanitizing workstations, equipment, and food service areas Loading, transporting, and unloading meal carts and food trays safely Monitoring pantry and kitchen supplies and notifying management when inventory needs replenishing Following food safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines Providing friendly, respectful service that enhances each resident's dining experience Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to provide two forms of identification Ability to lift, carry, and transport food trays, supplies, and meal carts Strong teamwork and communication skills Dependable, organized, and committed to providing excellent customer service Previous dietary or food service experience is helpful but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate!
