Job Description
Job Posting Dietary- Tray Setter - Dietary Full-Time (40 hours) Responsible for the tray setups for patients in a timely, sanitary manner. Tasks include setup of work station assembly, delivery and retrieving of patient trays. Prepare trays based on the diet needs of each diet required, clean work station, equipment, dishes and flatware. Needs to be able to function as a team member and work together to complete assigned shifts duties. Must be able to adapt to day to day changes in work flow. Must be a high school graduate or equivalent with 1 year experience in institutional kitchens. Will be trained to tray set and wash dishes.
