SMP Health St. Raphael -
Valley City, ND Schedule:
Full-time, 9:30am-6:30pm Join our team as a Nutrition Assistant and help provide quality meal service to residents in a caring environment. This role supports food preparation, meal service, and kitchen sanitation while ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with meal preparation and serving according to portion guidelines Deliver food trays and snacks to designated areas Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas Maintain food storage and inventory Follow infection control and safety procedures Support residents' rights and uphold SMP Health's mission and values
Qualifications:
Preferred:
Dietary/food service experience in a healthcare or supervisory setting Ability to read, write, and perform basic math Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays Physical ability to bend, lift, and move throughout the day Why Join Us?
