Join our team as a Full-Time Dietary Aide/Dining Room Server on the day shift, where you'll create welcoming dining experiences, serve residents with care, and help keep our dining areas running smoothly. Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Dietary Aide to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys providing quality food service and ensuring our residents have a positive dining experience. The Dietary Aide will assist in meal preparation, service, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with meal preparation, including portioning, plating, and serving meals according to dietary guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas following safety and health regulations. Stock and organize food, supplies, and equipment. Follow all policies and procedures for food safety, sanitation, and infection control. Collaborate with dietary staff and other team members to provide excellent resident care.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a dietary, food service, or hospitality role is a plus. Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to stand, lift, and move items as needed during the shift. Positive attitude and commitment to resident satisfaction.
