Staff members have consistent assignments so they're caring for the same residents as often as possible. A homelike environment and team atmosphere are created, which ultimately leads to the best care for each of our residents. We are seeking talented individuals to join our team at our Florence Home location. Qualified candidates must have a passion for working with the elderly and be committed to upholding our core values of Integrity, Dignity, Teamwork, and Compassion.
Shifts Available:
Hours will vary 7A to 3P. And/Or 11A to 7P. Weekends and Holidays Pay is based on experience

Professional Growth Opportunities Employee Recognition Program Social Events As a Dietary Aide, you will: Make our residents feel at home by treating them with patience and sensitivity Provide excellent service to residents, and customer service skills Will deliver meals to residents in a way that preserves the dignity of the resident Ensure resident safety Go above and beyond your assigned duties to help with any reasonable resident or teammate request Perform other duties as assigned We require our Dietary employees to: Have a High school diploma or equivalent, preferred Be able to fluently read, write, speak and understand English Be able to follow time schedules for meal preparation and serving Maintains a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance Arrive on time for shifts and work as scheduled You may also apply in person at Florence home (7915 N 30th St, Omaha, Nebraska) Between the hours of 8:30AM and 3:00PM; Monday -
