Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the dietary staff to ensure efficient and effective food service delivery Assess patient/resident needs and develop individualized meal plans to meet those needs Conduct daily kitchen inspections to ensure compliance with dietary standards and regulations Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient/resident nutrition plans, food service operations, and inventory management Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive care and services to patients/residents Ensure adherence to infection control and hazard analysis protocols Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless coordination with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient care and satisfaction

Requirements:
