Candidate under the supervision of the Food Services Director/Supervisor & Chef assists in food preparation as directed. Assists in meal service to residents in the main dining room and on the nursing units according to the residents' prescribed diet. Sets up dining room table. Responsible for bussing and cleaning of tables after each meal and the storage of clean dishes. Cleans and restocks the dietary department and the wings as directed. Supplies nourishment to the wings as needed. Serve Safe Certification preferred. EOE.
