Job Description Full-Time Dietary Aide -
Day Shift Job Type:
Full-Time Schedule - 7am to 3;30pm, Every other weekend

Entry-Level Job Summary:
We are seeking a Full-Time Dietary Aide to join our team on the day shift. The ideal candidate will have entry-level experience in the food service industry and a passion for providing exceptional care to our residents. As a Dietary Aide, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and serving of meals, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and providing excellent customer service to our residents.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and serving of meals according to dietary guidelines and portion control Set up and maintain dining areas, ensuring they are clean and inviting for residents Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing any special dietary needs or requests Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times Assist in inventory management and ordering of food and supplies Work collaboratively with the dietary team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and sanitation
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Entry-level experience in the food service industry preferred Strong customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines Willingness to learn and take direction from dietary supervisors Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
