Join Our Dietary Team! Casa Arena Healthcare is looking for dependable, friendly, and hardworking Dietary Aides to join our team! Our Dietary Aides play an important role in making sure our residents receive enjoyable meals and excellent service every day. If you enjoy working with people, being part of a team, and making a difference for others, we would love to meet you. Healthcare experience is not required. Restaurant, food service, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. What You'll Do Assist with preparing and serving meals to residents Prepare meal trays according to resident menus and dietary instructions Deliver and pick up meal trays Assist residents during meal service as directed Set up and clean dining areas before and after meals Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and food service area Stock food, beverages, and dietary supplies Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and infection prevention practices Follow resident diet orders, meal preferences, and food consistency requirements Communicate resident concerns or meal issues to the appropriate team member Follow facility policies and food safety requirements Work collaboratively with cooks, dietary staff, nursing, and other departments Assist with other dietary department duties as needed Qualifications No healthcare experience required Food service, restaurant, dietary, or hospitality experience preferred, but not required Dependable with good attendance Friendly and respectful when interacting with residents Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Willingness to learn and follow instructions Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow food safety procedures Ability to perform the physical responsibilities associated with a dietary position Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who understands that meal service is an important part of our residents' day.
