Dietary Aide Role:
The Dietary Aide is responsible for assisting the Food Service Manager and Dietary Staff with the preparation, serving, and distribution of meals to our residents. This may include tasks such as: Preparing meals and snacks according to standardized menus Assisting with food preparation, plating, and presentation Servicing food to residents in the dining room or to their rooms Maintaining a clean and organized dining environment Restocking supplies and maintaining inventory Interacting with residents, families, and staff in a friendly and professional manner

Dietary Aide Requirements:
Prior experience preferred Willingness to learn and grow with our team Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods Excellent communication and teamwork skills
