Dietary Aide Join Oak Hill Manor Nursing Home's dedicated team in Ithaca, New York, USA! At Oak Hill Manor, we are committed to serving the community with long-term care and short-term rehabilitation. Our goal is to treat each individual Resident with the honor, respect, and dignity due to them. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team and contribute to our mission.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to Residents, including setting tables, serving food, and cleaning up afterwards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dietary department, including dishware, utensils, and equipment Assist with food transportation, storage, and inventory management Monitor Resident food preferences and dietary needs, and communicate with the culinary team accordingly Provide exceptional customer service to Residents, families, and staff members Work collaboratively with the dietary team to ensure efficient meal service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
Requirements:
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and precision Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods High school diploma or equivalent required Why Join Oak Hill Manor?
