In this role, you'll work closely with residents and the healthcare team to support nutritional health and enhance quality of life through individualized dietary care. Record and maintain nutrition-related information accurately. Communicate effectively with residents, families, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team. Promote resident dignity while delivering compassionate, person-centered care. Help ensure dietary services meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
