Essential Job Responsibilities:

Prepare foods assigned by the Cook or Food Service Director, using daily menus. Assist in preparing foods for special events. Maintain a clean, orderly and safe kitchen environment. Store food properly for infection control. Participate in serving food. Clean tables during and after meals. Reset tables for the next meal. Prepare beverages before meals. Clean equipment, appliances, floors, drains, storage area, Refrigerator, freezer and sinks according to schedule. Sweep clean and mop kitchen after each meal. Stack, soak and run dish machine. Soak and clean pots and pans. Put away clean dishes, pots and pans. Work with resident volunteers in the dining room. Carry out other duties as assigned by
