Akron, OH Job Summary:
Park Creek Center is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional meal service and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.Responsibilities:
Assist with food preparation, including but not limited to, washing and peeling vegetables, cooking meat and potatoes, and assembling meals Serve meals to residents and maintain a clean and organized dining area Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment Receive and stock deliveries, including dietary supplements and resident mail Participate in meal tray assembly and delivery Maintain accurate records and reports, including but not limited to, menu charts, inventory levels, and resident intake records Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure meal quality and presentation meet standardsRequirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods of time Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances Familiarity with food service operations and dietary restrictions preferredWhat We Offer:
