Job Description

The Enclave at Barnesville is seeking a dependable and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team. The Dietary Aide plays an important role in supporting our residents by helping prepare, serve, and clean up meals while maintaining a safe, sanitary, and welcoming dining environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve meals and beverages according to residents' dietary needs and preferences. Follow special diets, meal tickets, and portion guidelines accurately. Assist with meal setup, delivery, and dining room service. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dining, and food-service areas. Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed. Stock food and supplies and assist with inventory. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures. Provide friendly and respectful service to residents, patients, and staff. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous dietary, food-service, restaurant, or healthcare experience preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety. Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and coworkers. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift/move items as required by the position. Why Join Our Team?
