A Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm, we've provided spiritually motived care for the elderly of Columbus for over 65 years. Caring for someone isn't just a job, it's a compassionate calling based on deep-rooted spiritual beliefs. We are seeking to hire a Dietary Team Lead - Part-Time. 6am to 10am; Monday - Friday plus Every Other Weekend required. $15 to $16.50 per hour based on skills and experience.
Dietary Team Lead Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent. Food service experience required. Loves to go out and engage with the residents. Must be able to understand, read & write English. Must pass background check (after Job Offer).
Dietary Team Lead Job Summary:
Full support of meal services. Ensure tray accuracy and timeliness of meals. Assist Dietary aides. Interview residents for meal preferences. Serve all food to resident's requests. Set/Clear/cleaning tables. High level of social interaction with residents is expected. Occasional assistance with cold food preparation under the direction of the chef. Ensure proper sanitation of the kitchen and equipment. Sweep & mop floors. This is a brief overview of job responsibilities and not intended to be all inclusive.
