As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Duties Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely meal preparation. Assist with sales promotions and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience. Adhere to all health and safety regulations. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Knowledge of culinary terms and kitchen operations is a plus. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within the restaurant. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
