Now Hiring | Full-Time We are looking for an experienced and dependable Dietary Manager to lead our dietary department and ensure residents receive high-quality, nutritious meals in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

What You'll Do:

Oversee daily dietary department operations Manage dietary staff, schedules, and assignments Ensure meals are prepared and served according to menu and dietary requirements Monitor food quality, portion control, sanitation, and food safety Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations Work closely with nursing and clinical staff regarding resident dietary needs Monitor inventory, ordering, and food costs Train and support dietary team members Maintain accurate dietary records and documentation Help create a positive dining experience for residents

What We're Looking For:

Previous Dietary Manager experience, preferably in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Experience managing and scheduling staff Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and lead a team Reliable, professional, and resident-focused
