Job Requirements Provide nutritional and attractive meals for residents and facility employees Maintain an organized and sanitary environment Monitor supply inventories Ensure proper storage of food and supplies Complies with all federal and state laws, rules and regulations of licensing agencies, and JCAHO standards for the quality of patient care Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in food service or kitchen environment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with meal preparation and serving
• Familiarity with dietary restrictions and special diets
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills Candidates should be available to work weekends as needed.
