Overbrook Landing Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team. In this role, you will support the dietary department in providing nutritious meals and excellent service to our residents while maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with meal preparation and tray assembly according to prescribed diets. Deliver meals and snacks to residents in a timely and courteous manner. Ensure proper portion control and adherence to dietary restrictions. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dining areas, and equipment. Wash dishes, utensils, and food service equipment. Stock and organize food and supplies. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Provide friendly, respectful service to residents, staff, and guests.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous experience in food service or a healthcare setting is a plus. Candidates should be able to follow written and verbal instructions, demonstrate strong attention to detail and time management skills, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Reliability, punctuality, and a team-oriented mindset are essential, along with a compassionate attitude toward elderly and disabled individuals.
