Role Job Summary:

The Dietary Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen and dining service to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant food production and meal service. Working under the direction of the Registered Dietitian/Food and Nutrition Manager, the Dietary Lead coordinates kitchen workflow, food ordering, meal preparation, sanitation practices, and regulatory compliance. This position ensures meals are prepared according to dietitian-approved menus, applicable state and federal regulations, and organizational policies while promoting a positive dining experience for participants.

Education, Licenses, Certifications and Experience:
