- Dietary Aide Newport Meadows , you will be responsible for preparing and serving meals, beverages, and snacks to meet the dietary needs of our guests and residents.

Responsibilities:

Prepare dining and tray service according to menus and follow therapeutic diet orders Maintain knowledge of menu items and provide general descriptions to guests/residents Serve meals, beverages, and requested items according to established dietary and skilled nursing guidelines Respond to dining needs of guests/residents while maintaining hospitality and service standards Prepare and deliver snacks and nourishments as directed Obtain food and supplies for meal service as directed Maintain accurate records of resident's dietary needs Follow all local, state/provincial, and federal policies regarding food handling Maintain standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards
