As a Dietary Aides, you'll play a vital role in our community, responsible for a variety of tasks including food preparation, service, and maintenance of dietary equipment and supplies in a sanitary condition. You'll also have the opportunity to engage with our fantastic residents, enriching their dining experiences.

Shift:

Full-time & Part-time Shifts may vary to as early as 6:00 AM to as late as 7:00 PM every other weekend and holiday

Essential Responsibilities:

Prepare food according to approved menus. Assemble and distribute meal trays to residents per community policy and serve residents in the dining room. Perform daily and periodic sanitation activities, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met. Contribute to the effective operations of the department by demonstrating dependability in job performance. Demonstrate commitment to the Mission, Vision, and Values of Inspirit Senior Living. Collaborate with all staff to maintain the safety and security of everyone in the community.

Preferred Qualifications:

Serve Safe certification or equivalent preferred. High School Diploma or GED required.
