In this role you will be: Organizing work and work areas Considering plate appeal, presentation, customer service, and quality and nutritional value of preparation techniques and final product Providing meal service and cleanup Providing support and backup to other positions as needed Able to understand written and verbal instructions, recipes, and food labels

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

EDUCATION

High school diploma or equivalent

EXPERIENCE

Institutional kitchen experience preferred Knowledge of institutional production and food safety techniques helpful

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
