Join our team as a Dietary Aide at Concordia Lutheran Ministries. In this vital role, you will support our dietary department by preparing and serving nutritious meals to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being while contributing to our mission of compassionate senior care. Dietary Aide Schedule 2pm to 6:30 At least Every other Weekend or additional weekends as needed 16 to 20 hours pers week The Food Service Aide job is Entry level position - (You will be paid while being trained.) Dietary Aide Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas. Follow food safety protocols and dietary guidelines. Support dietary staff in inventory management and food handling. Provide friendly customer service to residents during meal times. Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene standards are met. Help with bussing and cleaning duties as needed. Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality nutritional car Prior experience in food service, healthcare, or senior living environments is preferred Dietary Aid Qualifications Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Compassionate attitude towards residents. Basic culinary skills or food preparation experience is a plus. Strong communication skills. Flexibility to assist with various tasks within the dietary department.
