Job Description

Make Mealtimes Meaningful At Messiah Lifeways, we believe dining should be more than a meal — it should be an experience. As a Dietary Aide , you'll help create warm, welcoming moments for older adults who truly appreciate a friendly smile and great service. Available Part Time Schedules:
Evening 4:00pm to 7:00pm, rotating weekend and holiday schedule Weekend Only 6:00am to 2:30pm ✨ What You'll Do Bring joy to residents by serving meals with friendliness and care Help prep and portion food (no culinary degree required — just enthusiasm!) Keep dining areas sparkling clean and inviting Support the kitchen team with dishwashing, restocking, and setup Follow dietary guidelines to ensure residents receive the right meals Work with a team that laughs together, supports each other, and gets the job done What Makes You a Great Fit You enjoy helping others and making someone's day brighter You're dependable, upbeat, and ready to learn You can stay on your feet and keep up with a lively dining environment Experience in food service or hospitality is a plus — but not required You're committed to treating older adults with dignity and respect Requirements Dietary Aide experience is a plus — but not required! We're happy to train the right person. Must be at least 16 years old to join our team and serve our residents.
