About the Role As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving meals, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. You will also have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with our residents, families, and staff members.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages to our residents in accordance with their dietary needs and preferences Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping fruits and vegetables Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict sanitation and safety standards Restock food and supplies as needed Assist with tray setup and delivery to resident rooms Participate in menu planning and nutrition education programs Maintain accurate records of food preparation and distribution
