Competitive pay:
$14-$16/hr Employee appreciation events throughout the year PRN opportunities across our network of facilities Supportive leadership and team-oriented culture Position Summary We are seeking dependable and compassionate Dietary Aides to join our dietary team. This role is responsible for supporting meal service operations while ensuring residents receive nutritious meals in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities Set up and distribute meal trays Assist with meal service and resident dining needs Wash dishes and operate dishwashing equipment Prepare snacks, nourishments, and beverages as assigned Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining areas, and workstations Sweep, mop, and clean dietary areas Properly store food, supplies, and deliveries Follow food safety and infection control procedures Assist cooks and dietary leadership as needed Work cooperatively with nursing staff and other departments Maintain a positive and resident-focused attitude throughout each shift
Qualifications Preferred Candidates Will Have:
Reliable transportation Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience in food service, preferably in a healthcare setting Compassion for the geriatric population Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Licenses & Certifications Must obtain and maintain a Food Handler's Certificate We are an equal opportunity employer.
